Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be a part of your health journey. We totally get that sometimes things just don’t work out and if that’s the case, please take advantage of our money back guarantee.
This guarantee is valid up to 60 days* after your purchase and allows you to receive a refund (excludes the price of shipping). If 60 days has passed, we can still offer online credit for Nusyence.com. If you bought through one of our affiliates, please contact them directly. If you have done so and have not heard back in 14 days, let us know and we will make arrangements to remedy the problem the best we can. To receive a prepaid shipping label and your refund please send a message on our contact page.
We do recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification and efficiency purposes.
After following the steps above, please allow adequate time for shipping, quality control, and communication with credit card companies and banks as you patiently await your refund, a process that typically requires 7-10 days.
*Delayed shipping and backorders provide an exclusion to this timeframe and in these instances the 60-day window applies to the date of your order being received, validated with shipping tracking information.

The Syence Pro refunds policy is designed to support customer satisfaction, while at the same time ensuring we can continue to provide a quality product and service to happy customers for years to come.
Syence Pro’s Money-Back Guarantee allows any Syence Pro product purchased from nusyence.com (this website), or any Syence Pro affiliated web storefronts, and participants in Syence Pro’s authorized reseller program to be returned within the 60 days to be refunded, excluding the original shipping costs. All matters regarding returns of Syence Pro Products must be conducted with place of purchase (Syence Proshop.com, Syence Pro authorized reseller, etc.). Returning a Syence Pro ‘Product’ without complying with our policy, or returning a Product absent the protections afforded by Syence Pro as the retailer, or the protections conferred contractually to participants in the Syence Pro Authorized reseller program will unfortunately deem your transaction non-refundable. Syence Pro defines ‘Product’ for the purpose of this policy as the sum of the following parts:
1. Syence Pro physical products (sealed bottles/containers containing unaltered Syence Pro product)
2. Syence Pro digital or marketing materials prescribed for distribution with the physical Syence Pro products, and
3. Money-Back Guarantee protections held by Syence Pro as the retailer or conferred by Syence Pro in contractual agreement to authorized resellers.
Products not containing the sum of its parts (products purchased from unauthorized resellers, who by definition, operate with no Guarantee protections that Syence Pro is contractually bound to honor for example) are defined by Syence Pro policy as ‘materially different’ from Syence Pro products sold to end users (customers) by Syence Pro or participants in Syence Pro’s authorized reseller program, and thus are not authorized for resell. Products resold by persons, parties or entities, not granted Guarantee Protections in a mutual agreement with Syence Pro under Syence Pro’s Authorized reseller program are not authorized for reimbursement in the event of return under this policy. Money-Back Guarantee protections as granted by Syence Pro to authorized resellers cannot be purchased or transferred, and are held exclusively by Syence Pro, except as conferred through mutual agreement between Syence Pro and participants in Syence Pro’s authorized reseller program.
